LEGAL SUB-DIRECTORATE SPECIAL UNIT BOYACÁ TERRITORIAL PENSION FUND
In accordance with the provisions of Law 44 of 1980, Law 100 of 1993 and article 212 of the
Labour Code.
MAKES IT KNOW THAT
Mr. LUIS ANIVAL VARGAS (RIP), identified with CC No. 6,762,828 issued in Tunja (Boyacá), died on JANUARY 10, 2021, in Tunja-Boyacá according to death record indicative serial No. 06800925. That Mrs. ARCHILA DE VARGAS MARIA DEL CARMEN, identified with CCNo.40.016.571 issued in Tunja (Boyacá) as WIFE-On the occasion of the Request for SUBSTITUTE COMPENSATION, have presented themselves to claim the economic and social benefits caused. OF SURVIVORS’ PENSION Those who believe they have the same or better right must assert it before the Departmental Directorate of Pension Liabilities within thirty (30) days following this publication, which will be done TWICE with an interval of no less than fifteen business days. .
