With the presence of the mayor, Emiliano Durand, and the governor of the Province, Gustavo Sáenz, the Municipality carried out a new edition of the “La Muni in your neighborhood” program. This time the proposal took place in the Pablo Saravia neighborhood center.
During the morning, the various requirements of more than 2,500 residents of the area were attended to.
The objective of “La Muni in your neighborhood” is to decentralize the services of the commune with posts to attend to queries related to public lighting, micro-garbage dumps, weeding, atmospheric truck, inspections, signage, plans, assembly of notes and curriculum vitae with simulation of interviews, among others.
Advice from lawyers, architects, accountants, computer technicians, notaries, nutritionists, etc. is also made available.
Among the services provided are: rabies vaccination, deworming, hairdressing care, dentistry, flu vaccination and mammograms.
On this occasion also, rapid tests were carried out to detect HIV and stands of the Public Services Regulatory Entity and the Ombudsman’s Office were set up.
Regarding the care provided, the Undersecretary of Animal Welfare and Zoonoses, Matías Peretti, stated that “not only did we do vaccination, but also deworming and delivery of appointments for castrations. Likewise, primary care for those animals with a pathology that can be corrected here at the post.
For her part, a neighbor from the area highlighted the work of the municipality and stated that “this is very nice, I hope it continues for people who cannot go elsewhere, in this situation where everything is expensive. I thank the Mayor, Emiliano Durand, because what he is doing is very good.
