The Antioquia Transit and Transportation Section informs the community that the road Bolombolo – Santa Fe de Antioquia it’s found completely closed to vehicular traffic due to a landslide in the Higuina sector, kilometer 55 of Route 25B02.
The traffic and transportation authorities of Antioquia have confirmed the closure at 2:00 p.m., and coordination is being carried out with Devimar personnel for the removal of the material and the subsequent authorization of the road.
Recommendation: Travelers are recommended to use alternative routes such as the Santa Fe – Medellín – Caldas – Bolombolo route until normal passage through the affected route is restored.
The authorities have urged drivers to stay informed about the state of the roads and follow the instructions of the traffic authorities to avoid further inconveniences. It has also been recommended to take extreme precautions due to the instability of the terrain and possible rains that could further complicate the removal work.
