The Roosters were victorious in the postseason, after a beautiful struggle in the twilight of the regular calendar with Guantánamo. Both teams met the requirement and finished as the best in the final segment, with nine victories in their last ten outings.
However, even though the eight of the play offs are already there, there is only one match already planned, that of the classic Santiago de Cuba vs. Industrialists, occupying fourth and fifth place, respectively.
The other three will have to wait for the first places to be decided between Pinar del Río, Granma and Las Tunas.
Pinareños and Granmenses have two games pending between them, and the Leñadores have eight, three against Artemisa and five against the Isla de la Juventud.
