The Argentine Federal Police dismantled a family drug-criminal organization

The procedure began with investigative tasks ordered by the Federal Court of Goya No. 1, led by Dr. Cristina Elizabeth Pozzer Penzo, on the daughter of a well-known drug trafficker detained in an operation carried out by the acting agency.

At the same time, there was another related, older investigation, instructed by the same judicial authority, which is why after an analysis of both investigations, the federal authorities requested that the proceedings be unified.

Consequently, and with the total evidence collected, the intervening court ordered 16 raids, 15 in the City of Goya and the remaining in Penitentiary Unit No. 11 in the town of Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña.

After these procedures, the arrest of three men and two women belonging to the same family clan was achieved, one of the women under house arrest.

Likewise, 37 bricks of compact marijuana weighing 30 kilograms, a bag with 3 kilos of cannabis sativa flowers, several doses of cocaine, two .16 and .28 caliber shotguns, a compressed air pistol, and a caliber revolver were seized. 38, a compressed air rifle, 45 ammunition of various calibers, $808,760, US$300, 2,000 guaraníes, 2 motorcycles, 1 surveillance system, 19 cell phones and 1 digital scale.

It should be noted that in the raid carried out in Penitentiary Unit No. 11, where the head of the narcocriminal organization was located, he had a large quantity of narcotic substances divided into wrappers.

The detainees, three men and two women, of legal age, along with the seized items were placed at the disposal of the intervening magistrate for Violation of the Drug Law.
