The kayaks, canoes, bicycles, bows and arrows surprised the people of Tucumán who this Friday toured Plaza Independencia, where the first edition of the “Adventure Tourism Expo” was held, organized by the Association of Active Tourism Providers of Tucumán (APTAT) with the support of the Ente Autárquico Tucumán Turismo (EATT).

Throughout the day, businessmen, entrepreneurs and individuals who are duly registered and authorized by the Entity were able to present their offer to curious onlookers, tourists and also the media who toured the place.

“The intention of this event is to be able to show the great variety of options that the province has in terms of adventure and nature. It is important to highlight that the people who accompany us are the people who are qualified because they meet all the security and training requirements to offer this service,” highlighted the vice president of the EATT.Inés Frías Silva.

Along the same lines, the general secretary of the institution, Marcos Diaz, highlighted that “from the Tourism Entity we call on the entire community that does adventure tourism in the provincial territory to hire the services of people who work within a legal framework. The objective of our management is to bring to the territory the line that the Governor lowers to us Osvaldo Jaldo, that there is no crack here, everything is implemented together with the private sector, transversally with all organizations.”

On the side of APTAT, its president, Carlos Figueroa, He highlighted that “the providers who are present in the plaza are those who are registered and trained in order to provide a good time with all the corresponding security measures. Our intention is to be able to repeat this Expo in all the municipalities of the province.”
