The Fifth Delegation of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP) obtained a conviction against Eugenio “N” in Tancanhuitz, who was credited with his participation in the crime of specific rape.
The accused accepted his responsibility in the events in which a minor was sexually harmed by this subject.
The Investigative Police (PDI) was in charge of carrying out the arrest, with which the accused was brought before a control judge and in this way, he faced his criminal process.
In an intermediate stage, personnel from the Prosecutor’s Office provided sufficient evidence that led to the accused declaring his participation in the aforementioned crime.
Given this, his defense requested the benefit of an abbreviated procedure in which the control judge decreed the conviction and consequently the sentence that will keep Eugenio “N” in prison for six years; The financial amounts that he must prove to repair the damage caused and the corresponding financial penalty were also known.
