The situation, which has become unsustainable for many, has its origins in the recent paving works carried out on several streets in the municipality.
The paving works, initially received with enthusiasm by the community, have turned out to be of poor quality and lack an adequate drainage system. This situation causes the streets to flood with each rainfall, regardless of its intensity.
The inhabitants demand that the municipal mayor take urgent measures to solve this problem that has caused serious damage in the area.
Homes and commercial establishments are severely affected, putting the material assets of the inhabitants at risk.
Furthermore, the accumulation of water in the streets represents a danger to public health, becoming breeding grounds for mosquitoes and other disease vectors that increase the risk of epidemic outbreaks.
