“I have asked the Prosecutor’s Office to initiate a criminal report, so that they determine the specific circumstances of time, manner and place, and if suddenly there was some type of responsibility on the part of those who were manipulating this cylinder,” said the mayor of Pereira, Mauricio Salazar.
