Neuquén Police personnel arrestedor two women from the Zingara community for scamming people in Neuquén. They located their victims and offered them “luck and health readings.”
According to police sources, The incident was detected on Saturday, June 15, in the afternoon in the central park of Neuquén capital. A passerby was the one who approached the officers to warn about the two women who were scamming a couple who was preparing to enjoy the afternoon on public roads.
