During a meeting at the door of the Peace and Justice Service (SERPAJ), Relatives of those detained during the vote on the Bases Law in Congress called again for a mobilization towards the Plaza de Mayo for this Tuesday, June 18 at 4:30 p.m.

Under the motto “political prisoners never again” and with the clarification that they do not respond to “any party flag,” they invited the general public.

In the list published by the Coordinating Organization against Police and Institutional Repression (CORREPI), of the 35 people detained, 22 were at the disposal of the prosecutor’s office of the City of Buenos Aires and 13 of the Federal Court number 1, in charge of Judge María Servini.

For the moment, Servini ordered the release of 17 defendants for not finding any incriminating evidence, after having taken the corresponding statements and seeing the images from the cameras in the vicinity of the National Congress, reported Noticias Argentinas.

Until this moment, the following remain detained: Daniel Sica, Patricia Calardo Arredondo, Juan Ignacio Espinetto, Camila Juárez, Nicolás Mayorga, Saya Lyardet, Héctor Mallea, Cristian Dario Ferreira, Juan Pablo Colombo, María de la Paz Cerruti, Ramona Tocaba, Lucía Belen Puglia , Cristian Valiente, Facundo Exequiel Gómez Gabriel Famulari and Roberto María de la Cruz.

The head of the Buenos Aires Government, Jorge Macri, had said over the weekend that he would present recordings to demand that Justice detain those released again.
