Córdoba has hosted the inauguration of OBRAMAT, a new establishment strategically located in the La Torrecilla Industrial Park. This is the company’s 38th warehouse and the sixth in Andalusia along with those in Alcalá de Guadaíra, Bormujos, Málaga, Vícar and Los Barrios, and it has represented a significant investment of approximately 15 million euros.
The inaugural event was attended by distinguished personalities, including José Antonio Fernández, director of the Córdoba Warehouse; Antonio Bullido, General Director of OBRAMAT; Adolfo Molina, delegate of the Government of the Junta de Andalucía in Córdoba; and José María Bellido Roche, Mayor of Córdoba.
The authorities highlighted the importance of this new infrastructure for job creation and strengthening the local sector. “OBRAMAT Córdoba comes to satisfy all the needs of construction and renovation professionals,” explained José Antonio Fernández. “We offer an omnichannel service that includes personalized solutions, professional advice and high-quality products, always guaranteeing the best price and available stock.”

Antonio Bullido, for his part, highlighted OBRAMAT’s commitment to sustainable growth in Andalusia. “With this investment, we not only meet market demands, but we also contribute to the economic and business development of the region. The opening of OBRAMAT Córdoba has generated more than 110 new direct jobs, benefiting the local community.” Adolfo Molina stressed the importance of the public and private sectors working in collaboration.
OBRAMAT Córdoba is not only committed to the quality job creation, but also with the continuous training of its employees. All collaborators have received more than 60 hours of specialized training to guarantee optimal service and stay up to date with the latest trends and solutions in the sector.

The new warehouse has modern facilities that include a 5,500 m² sales room, a large construction materials yard and an area dedicated to logistics. With more than 20,000 references of the best brands distributed in nine sections, OBRAMAT Córdoba is prepared to satisfy the demands of professionals and clients in the sector.
Public service hours It will be from Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., in addition to authorized holidays, allowing convenient and continuous access to OBRAMAT products and services. With this opening, OBRAMAT reinforces its position as a market leader in the distribution of materials for construction and renovation, while actively contributing to the economic and social growth of Córdoba and Andalusia as a whole.
