In an effort to improve the commercial and community conditions of the corner of progress in Fundación, Magdalena, a dialogue process has been initiated between local merchants and the mayor’s office to explore the possible transfer to the new municipal market.
In the last few hours, an important socialization session was held where Mayor Luz Helena Andrade Campo along with business leaders discussed the advantages and challenges associated with relocating to the new space. The mayor’s office proposed these working groups as part of a comprehensive strategy to listen to and consider the diverse perspectives of merchants regarding this initiative.
During the meeting, merchants expressed their concerns and raised ideas to optimize transportation, highlighting the need for adequate infrastructure, accessibility and conditions that foster a thriving business environment. Additionally, a visit to the new market was conducted, providing participants with the opportunity to directly evaluate the facilities and discuss possible improvements with municipal officials.
