“In all cases, with the payment of 70% of the contract, the company had to begin executing the work and complete it within a period of 90 days,” reported the prosecutor, after which he listed eleven cases in which contracts were signed, The victims paid from $1,166,000 to $5,737,000, and what was agreed was not fulfilled.

“Professional scammers”
At the beginning of the hearing, without the presence of the accused, nine victims decided to testify. Some are from the city of Santa Fe and surrounding areas, there were also people from Sa Pereira and Entre Ríos.

They all said they trusted justice and asked that Néstor S. remain behind bars because they considered him “dangerous to society.” “They are professional scammers, society expects something exemplary”, “if they give him freedom, what are people going to think of the prosecutor and the judge? “That justice is useless,” they stated.
