An arrest warrant for the crimes of qualified sexual abuse and aggravated rape was completed by the Investigative Police (PDI) in Villa de Reyes.
The Attorney General’s Office of the State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP) detailed that criminal actions were initiated against the accused after he was reported for allegedly having forced the victim whose identity was withheld to perform sexual acts against her will at a home in the municipality of Santa María del Río.
The investigation file of Fabriciano “N” was made known to the judicial authority, who considered that it had what was necessary for the corresponding judicial order to be issued.
The legal system was concluded with the arrest of this person in the streets of a community in Villa de Reyes; There they informed him of the rights assigned during his time as a detainee.
In the next few hours, the initial hearing will take place, where the accused will face the aforementioned crimes before the control judge assigned to this case.
