Surprisingly, the ‘Ciclón’ announced the hiring of Pinto, a World Cup coach who was without a team and who few expected him to dare to coach in the second division of Colombian soccer. With the forcefulness that characterizes him, Pinto made it clear that he returns to ‘Ciclón’ because of the friendship he has with Eduardo Dávila, the owner of the Samario team.

“Thank God, I am calm financially. If not, I would have gone to others, who have offered me a lot of money. I want to work where I can do my things with peace of mind, where there is support and the means. I know Santas Marta, I was born there in football. And I have Eduardo who is in charge of that, we have to move forward with that team, as I promised.”
