The Territorial Directorate of the Land Restitution Unit (URT) in Cesar and La Guajira celebrates the 13 years of the Law 1448 with a favorable management balance during the last 22 months. The plan for 2024 includes the filing of 63 lawsuits until May and 76 registration requests, with 57 decisions favorable background for victimscovering the restitution of 1,890 hectares in Cesar and La Guajira.
