Paraná residents and tourists will be able to visit the Sabores del Litoral fair from this Thursday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., which will take place in the Sala Mayo de Paraná. It is a gastronomic products market made up of 30 stands, among which there is an offer made up of preserves, honey, salamis, cheeses, pastries and bread products, vegetables, craft beer and gin, among others.
As part of the Sabores fair, also in the Sala Mayo, on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. there will be talks related to the local gastronomic sector.
The presentations will begin at 4:00 p.m. with “From celiac disease to the condition of life,” by the president of the Celiac Association of Entre Ríos, Cecilia Pautasso, where enterprises that produce foods suitable for celiacs, one of which (“The Three Stooges without TACC”) will be part of the gastronomic patio’s offering during the fair.
At 5:00 p.m. the talk “Paraná is mate” will be held, given by Andrea Venturini, yerba mate sommelier and journalist, an event in which the traditional infusion and food will be paired; at 6:00 p.m., “Wines of Entre Ríos” by sommelier Natalia Rueda (BebaWine), to better understand a wine sector that is establishing itself at a regional and national level; and at 7:00 p.m. the talk “New Paraná gastronomy: Bartender Entrerriano + Sushi Paraná”, an event in which Matías Visconti will tell about his experience as a bartender and present his new launch, Kumquat, accompanied by Antonella Lell, who will prepare live sushi that will add to the tasting.
Entrepreneurs and artisans fair
From Thursday the 20th to Sunday the 23rd, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., you can also visit, outside the Sala Mayo de Paraná, an Entrepreneurs and Artisans Fair made up of more than 180 stands of a significant variety. of items.
Added to the proposal organized by the Municipality of Paraná is a gastronomic patio made up of 15 food trucks. Also, the little ones will be able to enjoy a leisure space, since there will be a children’s play area.
Brewing and tasting beer
For beer lovers, the Undersecretariat of Production coordinated with the Association of Entre Ríos Brewers a brewing of craft beer with tasting. It will be on Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., outside Sala Mayo. During the cooking process, there will be talks telling the history of beer, addressing its ingredients and production process, the current state of Paraná beer production, and there will be a tasting of some of the locally produced styles.
