On Thursday the 20th at dawn, the president of the Provincial Port Institute and candidate for mayor of Concepción del Uruguay, Juan Ruiz Orrico, was involved in a tragic accident at kilometer 223 of Route 39. Four workers who were heading to the meat processing plant died in the crash. Fadel, while the official suffered serious injuries.
