La Rioja participated in the Knowledge Economy Council

The Secretary of Science and Technology of La Rioja, Engineer Hugo Vera, recently traveled to the City of Buenos Aires to participate in an important meeting of the Knowledge Economy Council. This council is made up of representatives from all the country’s provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

During the meeting, an evaluation of the status and development of the vectors and lines of work in the Knowledge Economy at the provincial, regional and national level was carried out. The main objective of the meeting was to analyze the progress and challenges in this area in different regions of the country, seeking to identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement in these key sectors.

Engineer Hugo Vera highlighted the relevance of these meetings to maintain fluid communication between the different jurisdictions and promote technological development equitably throughout the national territory. “It is essential to think and execute real federal strategies, which stop being just proclamations and become concrete actions,” Vera stressed.
