The investigation into the disappearance of Loan Danilo Peñathe five-year-old boy who stopped being seen days ago in Currents, goes through crucial hours. Through the latest evidence collected, Justice has a new hypothesis: he would have been kidnapped and handed over to a human trafficking gang that took him to Paraguay.
He Public Ministry of Corrientes suspects that the three defendants, especially a couple, transported the child in a van ford ranger to a home in July 9th. Then they passed it on to a Ford Ka and they handed him over to another cell of the organization that took him out of the country.

The prosecutors Guillermo Barry and Juan Carlos Castillo reinforced the hypothesis, supported by reconstructions of the moment of Loan’s disappearance on June 13. The investigations revealed that Loan’s trail was lost on a path, indicating that she never entered the mountain. In addition, a soccer boot was found planted to divert the search, which ended up incriminating the Commissioner Walter Maciel.
The stopped marriage, Maria Victoria Caillava and her husband, were compromised due to Loan’s scent prints found in their vehicles Ford Ranger and Ford Ka. The sniffer dogs focused on the rear seats of both vehicles, and thus detected traces of blood that will be analyzed.
The couple could not explain how Loan’s scent got into their car. Additionally, a call from the little boy’s aunt on the day of the disappearance generated a suspicious response from Caillava, insinuating that the boy could never have gotten into her truck.

The Federal Police carried out sweeps of cell phone antennas from July 9 to Corrientes and Enduranceto reconstruct the journey of the accused couple after the disappearance.
In the field where searches were carried out for eight days, now patrolled by about five hundred troops, evidence was sought to prove the responsibility of the six detainees in a human trafficking gang who took Loan out of the country.
The team of prosecutors prepares the indictment hearing against Caillava, her husband and Commissioner Maciel. The first three suspects arrested will remain in prison accused of alleged abandonment of a person.
The investigation also focuses on the cell phones of those involved and the analysis of the virtual wallet of one of the detainees, looking for unusual financial movements that may offer more clues about Loan’s fate.
