Ditec delivers approval for two projects in Lanco and Panguipulli. Details in the note.
Good news in terms of housing alternatives, especially if we talk about reducing times, represents the approval of the Technical Division of Housing Studies and Development -Ditec- of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning for a typology to be implemented in the region.
This was highlighted by the Seremi of Housing, Daniel Barrientos, and the director(s) of Serviu, Jorge Hervia.
This is a step achieved by the Serviu Project Evaluation team, after being approved by Ditec, and after having applied for the 2023 rural call, and which consists of developing industrialized homes with the Minvu seal and that until now have not been realized from the private world in the region.
In this case it is specifically Lanco and Panguipulli, with a typology of rural housing to be developed by a company in the area.
Reduce waiting times and arrive with solutions
In this regard, the Seremi of Housing explained that this is very good news since it allows us to begin work with industrialized housing in the region and we hope that this will be the first of other projects that, among other advantages, allow us to reduce construction times. wait and reach with solutions to families who have waited for years.
In addition, it allows us to substantially address the demand of rural sectors, where there is not always interest on the part of companies to work.
“We celebrate this approval of the Ditec and the step achieved that reinforces the work we are doing in the region within the framework of the Housing Emergency Plan promoted by the Government of the President, Gabriel Boric; plan that to date is already 49 percent complete and that requires the commitment of all sectors,” he noted.
For his part, the director(s) of Serviu, Jorge Hervia, explained that this is relevant work by the Ministry’s team in the region and that it allows a signal to be given to other municipalities and companies in order to seek mechanisms of this type. that allow quality housing projects to be developed in less time, even reaching distant sectors and with a clear view of territorial equity.
It is important to indicate that in terms of industrialized housing in the commune of Lanco there is Bernardo Felmer for 49 families. Here a design is developed under the construction modality in two phases with the Patahual industrial company.
It should be noted that industrialized homes are a type of housing solution, characterized by designs and manufactured through industrialized and standardized processes, of very good quality that allow shortening times and delivering quality of life.
