Pinar del Río union conferences conclude
Rubén Lloga Sixto, General Secretary of the Cuban Workers’ Central in Pinar del Río said this Saturday that after concluding the XXII Congregation of the CTC in Consolación del Sur, the process at the municipal level was completed.
Pinar del Río, Cuba.- Rubén Lloga Sixto, General Secretary of the Cuban Workers’ Central in Pinar del Río said this Saturday that after concluding the XXII Congregation of the CTC in Consolación del Sur, the process at the municipal level was completed.
He explained that in the eleven territories there were convergent topics such as the economy, savings and food production among other issues of high popular sensitivity and which, despite the blockade, need to be addressed.
The Secretary General of the CTC in Pinar del Río added that in a few months there will be the XXII Provincial Conference Congress, where the functioning and leadership of grassroots leaders will be discussed in depth.
Finally, Lloga Sixto recognized the performance of the Consolación del Sur union cadres and congratulated the members of the new elected committee headed by Misleidis Leal Raviero.
