The governor of Corrientes, Gustavo Valdesheld a press conference this Monday regarding the disappearance of Loan Danilo Peña, who for 11 days has been intensely searched by the provincial authorities. In his presentation he said that no hypothesis is ruled out, although he noted that the elements found so far point to the possibility of a kidnapping for the purposes of human trafficking.

It is highly probable that the child is not in the place and we will continue to collaborate with Justice with other elements indicated by the prosecutor’s office at the head of the investigation,” he stated.

The provincial leader highlighted that the entire force of the state of Corrientes was made available “to search for him and find him alive,” he spoke of the need to open the case to federal Justice and said that everything points to a “possible cause of trafficking.” “.

“We are not going to rest until we have the possibility of finding Loan, knowing what happened and bringing to justice those who were responsible, bringing them to justice with whom we are working together,” he added.

Valdés provided a specific detail of all the forces and divisions of security forces, both from Corrientes and from other provinces, that were made available to search the place, when the hypothesis of the investigation was the disappearance of the child.

In addition, he said that this Monday morning he spoke with the Minister of National Security, Patricia Bullrich, to continue the work in coordination with the federal forces.
