In the last few hours, an unusual video went viral in which police officers tried to control a group of young people but ended up beating each other.
The event happened this Sunday on the side of Route 14, in the Cerro Verde area, meters from the entrance to the town of Virasoro. According to what was reported by local media, the neighbors called 911 and a patrol car quickly approached the scene.
The sequence was captured by one of those present and shows the scene already begun. In the images you can see a group of young people arguing with the troops, who demanded that they turn down the music. In addition, they told them that they had been reported for carrying out incidents while intoxicated.
However, when the agents tried to disperse them from the scene, everything got worse. The young people began to insult them and push them, a situation that led to more violence. The police finally came to blows with the accused. In fact, at one point several of the aggressors took out whips and hit the officers with them.
Due to the resistance of the young people in leaving the place and because they were a large group, the police personnel decided to withdraw and go to the hospital to be treated. Likewise, the complaint was made and an arrest warrant was issued for five of the attackers who were identified.
According to Diario Época, four agents from the 2nd Police Station, three men and one woman, suffered minor injuries. In addition to this, it was detailed that at least eight of the young people present participated directly in the brutal attack.
During this Sunday night, the Police detained two of those involved and this Monday they sought to find the remaining three. As the hours go by, it is expected that there will be more arrests.
