Córdoba City Council begins visual health campaign from June 24 to 28

H. Córdoba, Ver. June 24, 2024.- Starting this Monday and until June 28, there will be free ophthalmological consultation service and discounts on lenses, as announced by Daniel Hernández del Ángel, Director of Development Social of the Córdoba City Council said that in support of the family economy, the visual health campaign “Seeing for you” was launched.

“Mayor Juan Martínez Flores requested actions to directly benefit low-income families, often due to a lack of appropriate glasses for children, who do not take full advantage of school education; “Older adults suffer a lot from not seeing well and wearing glasses changes their lives.”

The service module is located on Calle del Arte, a few steps from the municipal palace, from nine in the morning until 4:30 p.m. they will be attended to as they arrive to request the consultation.

There are specialists in visual health, and thanks to the support of the business sector, consultations are free, and glasses are at a great discount, which represents a great relief for families.
