EL HERALDO learned that uniformed members of the armed institution had been notified, through the radio system and prior to the discovery of the corpseabout an alleged lawsuit on Carrera 11C with Calle 53, the address of the home.
But upon arriving at the scene, residents there told the agents that “nothing had happened.”
