The government of Gustavo Sáenz presented a new salary offer to state unions with a 33 percent increase, a proposal that extends between June and October. As indicated by the Province, the offer takes the provincial and national economic context as a parameter.
With June salaries, next month public employees will be paid with a 9% increase when the last inflation rate was 4.2%. While for July, August, September and October, the increase would be 6%, respectively.
Salta is one of the provinces that maintains a permanent dialogue with the different sectors and the restitution of the Teaching Incentive that will be paid with provincial funds until the end of the year was given as an example.
In that sense, the leaders were grateful for the governor’s decision to restore the Teacher Incentive Fund until next December, which will be renamed Temporary Teacher Compensation, which will also include the Connectivity item. The payment of this benefit will mean an investment of $7,740 million for the Province.
The parties will meet tomorrow at technical tables with officials and representatives of the different sectors to analyze this new offer and specific issues in each area. They will meet again this Thursday the 27th at a general table.
