The event was held in the emblematic reconstructed building and also included the participation and signing of the commitment document by the head of Government of CABA, Jorge Macri, and the governors Axel Kicillof (Buenos Aires); Raúl Jalil (Catamarca); Martín Llaryora (Córdoba); Leandro Zdero (Chaco); Rogelio Frigerio (Entre Ríos), Sergio Ziliotto (La Pampa); Alfredo Cornejo (Mendoza); Gerardo Zamora (Santiago del Estero); Claudio Poggi (Saint Louis); Marcelo Orrego (San Juan); Claudio Vidal (Santa Cruz) and Osvaldo Jaldo (Tucumán); Gustavo Sáenz (Salta) and Raúl Jalil (Catamarca). Meanwhile, Neuquén, Río Negro and Misiones sent representatives of the provincial leaders.
