Travel agencies will, for the first time, have a space inside the pavilion that will allow them to offer incoming tourism packages and services, taking advantage of the large influx of visitors from other parts of the country during the festival who, many times, visit the Poncho Festival. and then continue their journey to other destinations in the province.
“Expectations are very high, we are going to make presentations of destinations in each municipality seeking to improve the experiences of tourists so that they can learn about the riches of our land, we also include an institutional sector, which we call ‘Catamarca beautiful by nature’, and companies that are precisely those that have been collaborating and working alongside the ministry, generating new opportunities for tourism products for visitors,” said the Secretary of Tourism Management Evangelina Quarín by way of invitation.
Like all exhibition spaces of the 53rd National and International Festival, the Tourism Pavilion will welcome visitors with free admission from Saturday 13 to Sunday 21 July, from 13 to 23. The opening day, Friday 12, will open in the afternoon, just after the opening ceremony.
As has been done in previous years, it is planned to award a prize to the best tourist stand, which represents an incentive for the municipalities that receive the prize.
The stage will raise its curtain on Saturday the 13th starting at 2 p.m. to accompany every day, until Sunday the 21st, with an important range of artistic, tourist and gastronomic proposals that are completely free.
