He Colombian Government strongly repudiated the recent events in Bolivia, after a sector of the Army rose up against the Government of Luis Arce and that a tank forcibly entered the Executive headquarters in the city of La Paz this Wednesday.

The Government of the Republic of Colombia strongly repudiates the actions of some units of the Army of the Plurinational State of Bolivia in the vicinity of the Government Palace in the city of La Paz, which threaten the breakdown of the constitutional order in that country and directly attack against democracy and stability in the region“said the Colombian Foreign Ministry in a statement, in which they do not speak of a “coup d’état.”
