Regarding these actions, Didier Ríos, a resident of Don Diego, stated that: “we are grateful to the Public Lighting officials of the Essmar company, because they have always been there to collaborate with us when we need maintenance on any of the luminaires, they have always been and come to this area of the city to solve when there is a failure in the lighting on the sidewalks of Guachaca
