In the initial hearing for the completion of an arrest warrant, the agents of the Public Ministry contributed sufficient evidence to the investigation file, which was presented to the judicial authority where the probable participation of the accused was verified.
Due to the events that occurred on June 8, 2024 inside the victim’s home, where the accused physically attacked her with a penetrating knife, causing an injury at chest level, he was previously arrested by the Investigative Police (PDI). by arrest warrant.
During the hearing, the law enforcement entity requested the connection to the process in addition to requesting justified preventive detention, which was granted.
In addition, three months were set for the complementary investigation and during this time Samuel “N” will be held in the Social Reintegration Center located in the same municipality.
