The software promotes efficiency in resource management and strengthens the educational system, optimizes administrative processes, and encourages the exchange of good practices in educational management between both provinces.

With the aim of improving educational quality and avoiding the loss of school days related to infrastructure problems, the Ministry of Education of Chubut together with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Children and the General Directorate of Schools of the Province of Mendoza, recently signed a license agreement for the use of the application originally called IDGE (Infrastructure General Directorate of Schools).

This agreement formalizes and strengthens the implementation already underway of the system known in Chubut as the “School Incident System”, through which all schools can record, monitor and coordinate actions related to the maintenance of school infrastructure.

Provincial balance

It is worth noting that, since its implementation in Chubut, 5,341 incidents have already been dealt with, which translated into a 68% decrease between May and June in the number of schools that had to suspend classes for infrastructure reasons.

Strengthening the system

The implementation of the software promotes efficiency in resource management and strengthens the educational system in Chubut, as it has already done in Mendoza. This joint effort not only optimizes administrative processes, but also promotes the exchange of good practices in educational management between both provinces and represents a significant step towards more efficient and collaborative management of public education in Chubut.
