A craft fair, artistic and musical performances, gastronomy and all the magic of the traditional Loma de la Cruz Artisanal Park will be the ingredients for the ‘Tribute to the Artisan’, an event that will take place this Saturday, June 29, starting at 5:00 pm and with free admission.
This event is part of the agenda of the Department of Culture of Cali to pay tribute to the artisans, men and women, who for years have dedicated their work and effort to keep alive this important craft that is part of the cultural heritage of the city.
Visitors will be able to enjoy the craft offerings, as well as explore the urban forest and enjoy a space for recreation, the transmission of knowledge and a cultural experience.
Artistic offer:
Wind and Wood: They are two minstrels, two different stories that come together when they join their songs. The wind and the wood, the legacy of the Latin American people left to us by our ancestors. Winners of the Gaviota de Plata in Viña del Mar and of Metrópolis 2023 in the vocal category.
Caña Flecha Artistic Company: It is a traditional folkloric dance group from the Colombian Pacific led by young people who, since its inception, have created productions that strengthen the regional cultural identity, contributing to the formation of a cultural audience.
