The governor Gildo Insfrán decompensated This morning, while participating in the event for the 69th anniversary of the Provincialization of Formosa.
The activity was taking place normally and the Justicialist leader Ana María del Riccio was speaking, when the event was abruptly interrupted due to the provincial leader’s discomfort.
The confusion caused the broadcast of the event to end earlier than expected; In this context of uncertainty, the governor was assisted by his security team and by officials who were at his side, and minutes later he left the place.
The concern grew, until he himself Insfrán showed up aboard his truck around 10:30 in the morning, when he arrived at Government House. There he had a brief meeting with militants, agreed to take photos with them and told them: “Stay calm, I’m fine”.
An hour later, the provincial leader published a message on social media to clarify his situation and clear up the mystery: “I appreciate all the greetings and expressions of affection received from all over the province and from other places in the country. I had a slight orthostatic hypotension with rapid recoverywhich now allows me to continue all my activities normally.”
Then it was the turn of the Government Minister, Jorge Abel Gonzalezwho -in statements to the program “Before and After”, which broadcasts Radio Formosa– tried to clarify what happened and pointed against the alarmists.
“A representative came out to say that there was going to be a medical flight, when in reality the governor went to Government House…,” he expressed with notable annoyance.
“We are very surprised by the attitude of politicians and media who write nonsense about the governor’s health. He simply had a drop in blood pressure, nothing more than that. He got into his truck and is in his office, I just got out of there,” he emphasized.
