The Camiones del Centro subsidiary company, located in the municipality of Santa Clara, witnessed this Friday the event for such a special celebration where workers from the different organizations that make up this union met to celebrate the anniversary, accompanied by the highest authorities of the Party, the Government and the Cuban Workers’ Union in the municipality.

During his speech, Juan Carlos Ferriol Navarro, the provincial transport delegate, commented on the current situation of the sector and praised the performance of those who have not stopped working in the midst of the current scenario, characterized by resource limitations of all kinds.
Mechanic Tomás Espinosa Espinosa was recognized for his uninterrupted work for 56 years.
Next, a group of workers were also distinguished for their results in the stage.
The moment was also opportune to present the commemorative plaque of the XXII Congress of the CTC to the UEB Taxis Cuba, Cuba Catering and Ómnibus Urbanos, as well as to the industrial companies of fixed installations, REPMAY, SITRAN, Cubana de Navegación Aérea and the entity that hosted the brief and emotional event.
For the Provincial Bureau of the Transport Union, Dayanny Ruiz Rodríguez praised the performance of the Villa Clara transporters, referred to their exploits in tense moments, due to the instability faced with fuel, tires and other necessary resources, and reaffirmed the commitment that if possible.
