“Challenges always give life to the Ombudsman’s Office, first the number of controls that we will have to manage, due to the installation of the border prosecutor’s office that will mean work directly in Colchane, because there will be greater police control and when there is greater control there is a greater possibility of arresting people, based on the new regulations that exist, not only in the context of the drug law, but also in the context of the regulations on human trafficking and migrant trafficking, and in some cases in arms trafficking and along with that, generally the greater the detention control there is a greater possibility that preventive detention will be ordered” commented Carrión.
