Directed Functional Training Sessions (SEFD) are designed to offer an effective alternative while restoration work is completed. This initiative seeks to ensure that students and the entire university community can continue with their exercise routines and maintain a healthy lifestyle, during this period in which the Meléndez Campus gym facilities are in the process of restoration and repair due to damage. caused by heavy rains in the month of May.

The Culture, Recreation and Sports Department has been developing a progressive strategy that consists of the development of Directed Functional Training Sessions (SEFD), which allow mitigating the effects caused by the temporary closure of the Meléndez Campus gym.

The Directed Functional Training Sessions (SEFD) will be held from Monday to Thursday, from 12 noon to 1 pm in the Olympic Pool area. This program is designed to adapt to the schedules of students, staff and the entire university community, providing a convenient opportunity to stay fit and active.
