In order to address any eventualities that may arise on the occasion of the festivities that take place during this festive long weekend of San Pedro and San Pablo in the department of Córdoba, the Government declared a yellow hospital alert.
Through its Health Development Secretariat, the Government of Córdoba ordered the activation of the Hospital Emergency Plans.
The alert began at 6:00 p.m. yesterday, Thursday, and will last until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, July 1, 2024.
Carlos Vasco Álvarez, Secretary of Health Development of Córdoba, pointed out that this festival, which takes place in the municipality of San Pelayo, brings together a significant number of Cordobans and visitors, “increasing the movement of people and vehicles on the different roads of the territory, which in turn generates an increase in the risk of accidents and the occurrence of other adverse events,” and therefore the yellow hospital alert is necessary.
During this time, the Health Service Provider Institutions must report any eventuality immediately to the email [email protected] or through the mobile lines 3182826134 – 3215763789, landline 6047955824, which are available 24 days from Monday to Friday.
