In the National Congress, the Court of Justice of San Juan presented the Anivi model that is used in the province. This exhibition took place in the blue room of the Senate of the Nation and was within the framework of the International Day on Violence against Girls, Boys and Adolescents: Global Exchanges. This meeting took place with the objective of analyzing the current situation of violence against children both in Argentina and in the world and also, to strengthen the networking of States, Justice and organizations and guarantee compliance with rights. of boys, girls and adolescents. In turn, this meeting was organized by the Network for Children, directed by Paula Wachter, who specialize in the fight for the protection and prevention of violence against children.

That is why, in the Upper House, the representatives of San Juan told the public that the Judicial Center for Comprehensive Treatment of Children and Adolescents (Anivi) has been in operation since February 22, 2017 and concentrates all complaints of sexual abuse of minors. They also mentioned that there is an interdisciplinary team that carries out a comprehensive approach to avoid re-victimization.
Finally, they added that they are constantly working on prevention through training for legal operators from all branches of the state and the community in general. Since 2023, this model has also been replicated in the Second Judicial District.
In addition to the Vice President of the Nation, members of the Inspire Working Group were present, as well as international and local speakers from the Judicial and Legislative Branches, civil society organizations and cooperation agencies.
