How Henry Cavill’s Superman story would have ended
In a video on the GQ portal reflecting on his career, Snyder revealed that he would have built on the end of his version of Justice League. “He was going to have to succumb to the Anti-life, be destroyed, turn back time, and then have his chance to fight Darkseid.” He would finish by saying, “If you want… that would have ended his trilogy of becoming this guardian and, in a way, returning him to his humanity.” All of this was set in Zack Snyder’s Justice League and Batman v Superman: Dawn Justice with the advances of an apocalypse of a destroyed Earth ruled by Darkseid and a brainwashed Superman as his right-hand man. The famous DC villain also appeared in his version of the Justice League.
