Good wednesday. It’s nice to get through this somewhat colder than usual week and the good weather is calling me a lot. But streaming premieres also call me and this week we are going to review the 36 sseries, movies and documentaries which premiere from today until Sunday on Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Filmin, Movistar Plus+ Disney+, SkyShowtime and Apple TV+.
‘Bodkin’
Will Forte stars in this suspense comedy that takes us to a mystery in rural Ireland, an area where a trio of podcasters arrive with the idea of investigating the disappearance of three strangers in a coastal town.

‘The long shadows’
Clara Roquet directs this original series with a fascinating female cast (Elena Anaya, Belén Cuesta, Irene Escolar, Marta Etura, Itziar Atienza, Ana Rayo and Lorena López…). A thriller that follows a group of women whose lives are shaken when the remains of one of their high school classmates, who disappeared 25 years earlier on their end-of-year trip, appear.

‘Dark matter’
Not to be confused with the adaptation of Philip Pullman’s novels (how we like these words), we find a science fiction series starring a scientist who is dragged into an alternative version of his life.

‘Maxton Hall: A World Between Us’
Be careful because this German series looks like it will be the new youth sensation. Based on the book by Mona Kasten, we delve into the secrets of a great academic institution, where one of the greatest rich people of the place will have to deal with a scholarship student.
