Hello. This is Ryeowook from Super Junior.
I have some news that I wanted to share directly with ELF, my most precious friends, who always send me wholehearted love and support. This is a letter written in the hope that my sincerity reaches all of you.
I first met ELF at the beginning of winter, at the age of 19, on November 6, 2005. And now I am Kim Ryeowook, 38 years old, in my 20th year since my debut.
Whether then or now, our ELFs have always been firmly at our side. I think we have become stronger having lived through happy and sad moments together.
Therefore, I am eager to convey this news first, but I am also cautious in doing so.
As you know, there is someone I’m dating.
During our time together, I naturally developed a desire to be part of their family.
This is not a sudden decision, but rather I have been deliberating for a long time and after a long discussion with the members and staff of the agency, I decided to have my wedding this spring, at the end of May.
I will always be grateful to ELF who has supported Kim Ryeowook even though I have been imperfect and clumsy until now.
On the other hand, I also apologize to those who may have been surprised by this news.
I will continue to work hard as Super Junior’s Ryeowook and as a Ryeowook singer for all those who support me performing with the members and want to hear my singing anyway.
