Central was elected the best in the world in 2023
Central was chosen the best restaurant in the world during the ceremony The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023an event that took place on June 20 of last year in Valencia, Spain.
Located in Barranco, Central went from second to first position on the list. The Peruvian restaurant replaced the Danish restaurant Geranium, which left the classification to join the hall of fame’Best of the Best of former number 1 restaurants.
