The former vice president went out to the balcony this afternoon around 4 p.m., when hundreds of protesters gathered on the institute block, in Rodríguez Peña at 80. The moment was captured by a Twitter user, identified as “Superlogic.”

There the former president was seen leaning on the railing of the balcony, adorned with an Argentine flag. She appeared and displayed a diver with the initials of the National University of La Platawhere he studied law.
