Falabella will once again have movements in its shares. As announced to the market this Monday, on the Santiago Stock Exchange on Wednesday, June 12, there will be an auction of the retailer’s securities in the local stock market for 1.5% of the company’s ownership.

In detail, the operation will be for an amount of $105,371 million – or about US$ 114 million – in total, and will be intermediated by BTG Pactual as offeror. The offer will be made at a minimum price of $2,800 per paper.

The sale will be carried out in three non-divisible share packages to be auctioned on the same day: the first, for 0.25% of Falabella – just over 6 million shares – for an amount of $ 17,171 million; then one for 0.5% of the company -12.5 million shares- for $35,196 million; and, finally, one for 0.75% of the company -18.9 million shares- for $53,004 million.

As confirmed by sources familiar with the operation DF, the sellers would be the Bethia Group, who have already recently carried out transactions of Falabella share packages.
