The preventive detention was arranged a 28 -year -old man whose initials are AgB, who is investigated for a robbery committed last Saturday, April 12 in a home in Rafaela. According to the investigation headed by the prosecutor Lorena Korakis, the accused committed the illicit along with her brother, and used a butcher type knife to subtract cash, two cell phones, a laptop and a Citröen model truck model Berling. The precautionary measure was requested by prosecutor Korakis at an hearing that was held remotely in the Rafaelinos courts before the Judge of the Preparatory Criminal Investigation (IPP), Gustavo Bumaguin, who ordered the preventive detention without deadlines.
For his part, the defendant’s brother has already been serving preventive detention since April 18.
With a knife
Korakis stated at the audience held this Friday that: “Around 11:00 p.m. on April 12, the investigated man and his brother acted by mutual agreement and jointly to enter the garage to a house on Cofet Street to 200.” The MPA official said: “The man who today was in pretrial detention took a kitchen butcher knife and used it to intimidate the people who were in the house.” In this regard, he said that: “After threatening the victims, he kept them locked in the bathroom, while his brother toured the house and stole cash, two cell phones, a laptop and the ignition keys of a Citröen Berling Model brand truck.”
Finally, Korakis said that: “The two men escaped from the place carrying with them the stolen elements aboard the truck owned by the victims,” and concluded that “they left the vehicle on public roads, left inside the knife they used to commit the crime and threw the ignition key of the vehicle to the street.”

In relation to the other illicit acts attributed to the accused, the prosecutor said that: “The investigated man entered on April 11 at noon to a house of Peterlin street to 1300, prior to overcome a tapial of approximately two meters high, and seized illegitimately without exercising strength or violence of masonry tools.”
Korakis also informed that: “In the early hours of April 13, the accused intimidated a man who demanded the return of objects that allegedly stolen him previously, using a revolver type firearm that carried among his garments.” He added that: “With this attitude caused a logical fear in the victim.”
Finally, the prosecutor also reported that: “Last Monday between 3:40 p.m. and 4:15 p.m., the investigated man entered different homes in the city without the proper authorization of his inhabitants while escaping from the police authority that sought his arrest by virtue of the fact that he weighed a request for capture.” Korakis added that: “After hiding under the bed of one of the bedrooms of one of the homes he entered, he resisted throwing kicks and fist blows to the policemen who tried to reduce it.”
Criminal qualification
