A positive reception had by the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Educationas well as various department councils of the Faculty of Pharmacythe exhibition of the Vice Chancellor Dr. Paulina Rincón Gonzálezwho deepened in the scope of the new institutional policies of academic development of the University of Concepción, specifically addressing the changes introduced in the Personnel Regulations and in the regularization processes.
In the meetings held in the respective faculties, the participants knew the details of the context of the new policies, the processes of regularization of the plant, their phases and the main changes introduced with the regulatory modification approved.
At the appointment made in the premises of the Faculty of Medicine, the Dean attended Dr. Ana María Moraga Palacios, The Vice Dean Alejandra Ceballos Morales, administrative staff and directors and directors of the 13 departments belonging to this academic unit.
The dean Ana María Moraga highlighted this extended conversation activity: “It is an instance where doubts have been clarified and present good news to the 13 departments that we have possibilities to regularize our academics and that are through which we fulfill the mission of the Faculty of Medicine, to form, investigate and link with the medium. We want to do it better and better and I think that this type of activities allows us precisely.”

The Vice Dean Herrera highlighted the good reception by the directors of departments regarding the provision of the Vice Chancellor to attend the meetings and open the agenda to work together, which allows to clearly know the conditions and scope of the modifications raised, an instance that will gradually extend to all departments of the powers visited in this important informative process carried out by the vice -rector.
