ITONGADOL/AJN AGENCY.- A ballistic missile launched today against Israel by the hutis in Yemen, backed by Iran, was successfully intercepted by aerial defenses, according to the Israeli army.
There were no injuries or damage to the attack.
The sirens were activated throughout the center of Israel. About three minutes before the sound of the mermaids, an early alert to residents was issued to alert civilians from the attack with long -range missiles through automatic notification on their phones.
Since March 18, when the Israel Defense Forces (FDI) resumed their offensive against Hamas in the Gaza Strip, Los Hutíes in Yemen threw about 28 ballistic missiles and dozens of drones against Israel.
Today’s attack occurs days after the US president, Donald Trump, announced a truce between the United States and the hutis, which surprised Israel.
The Hutíes promised to continue their attacks against Israel, despite the agreement with Washington.
